Service Description
Learn fundamental skills that will enable you to enjoy singletrack trails with more safety and confidence. The course will be lead by an experienced certified instructor who also falls into the older demographic that this course is being built for. Four session course, taking place once a week on Saturdays, 2.5hrs per session, 10AM start time. Sessions will take place in the greater Bragg Creek area (not always West Bragg Creek). Participant to instructor ratio will not exceed 6:1 Skill and Fitness requirements: able to be active( ride, walk, stand, be outside for the 2.5hrs), also if you have any medical conditions we ask that you disclose these to us. This will not be a 2.5hr ride, much of the skill building will take place in one area. Age Requirement: Targeted at 55 to whatever, but age isn't the primary determination for being the correct fit. If you feel you would be a good fit regardless of age feel free to sign up. Required equipment: Mandatory are; mountain bike built for use on trails that is in good running order, helmet, eye protection. Optional; any other protective equipment you can ride comfortably in. E-bike policy: E-bikes are welcome, but the course will be set to standard bike speeds, distances and pace. If you are looking for a group ride please consider our Mellow Rides Club.




Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If guest cancels 1 week or earlier from the session start, we provide a 90% refund. If the guest cancels within 1 week we do not offer a refund. If Alberta 66 needs to reschedule due to weather, best effort will be made to find a new date. If no new dates are possible we offer a full refund.
